Plug in and pair
Power up each device and it joins the wireless mesh the hub runs around your home. Add them to your account at amp.anode.energy. More meters or batteries later join the same way.

Measure
A clamp around your mains records what the house draws. The meters are wireless, so you can add more to watch solar or individual circuits without running cables through the house.

Charge overnight
The hub keeps a charging schedule and fills the battery overnight, when electricity is cheapest.

Balance the day
When it isn't charging, the hub matches the battery's output to whatever the house is drawing, keeping what you buy from the grid close to zero. If you have solar, spare generation goes into the battery too.

Keep an eye on it
The app shows live power flows and how the day is going. Firmware updates arrive over the air.

Everything above is automatic, but nothing is locked away. The whole system is controllable through a documented REST API, the same one our app uses. Start at api.anode.energy.
